For the two circuits shown in the figure below, v_{IN}(t) = 10 V\cdot u(t), a 10-V step starting at time t = 0. u(t) refers to the unit step function, a function that is zero for t<0 and 1 for t>0. What it defined as at t=0 is of no interest to us... choose whatever convention you like. By this definition, the circuits start at rest.

**In the answers below, use exp() for e^{()} exponential, i.e., exp(5) for e^5.**
